Pre and Postnatal Classes FunkyMamaCardio Plus
Low impact aerobic and weight training class using exercise balls including cardiovascular, pelvic floor and abdominal exercises, stretching and upper /lower body strengthening. Suitable for pre and postnatal women.
 
  FunkyMamaBellilates Ball and mat work class including core stability, pelvic floor, abdominal, leg and arm strengthening. Spinal and general stretching exercises. Suitable for pre and postnatal women.
 
  FunkyMamaAqua Focus on stretching and strengthening in water. Particularly suitable for women with back or pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction etc. Suitable for pre and postnatal women.
 
  FunkyMamaBirthPower Mind and body preparation for labour. Suitable after about 20 weeks. Partners / support people welcome at select classes.
