Out of sight, out of mind?
No longer will you wonder about the whys and wheres of the pelvic floor muscles. This hour long workshop held every second month includes a presentation on the where, why, and how of pelvic floor muscles. Lots of practice and advice follows. Particularly suitable for pre pregnancy, pregnant women or women approaching menopause or other challenges. If further individual follow up is required this can be organised for you. My passion and wish is to get that floor moving up in life!

Bring a thick towel to lie on, a small pillow and your own exercise ball if you have one. Eat at least 1 hour before the class and bring along a water bottle.
