What to wear...
 

No need for designer fitness clothing, just wear layered comfortable clothing and exercise footwear, eg; runners. Ensure you wear a supportive bra.

Please note for FunkyMama's who are postnatal or breastfeeding, sportsbras are more supportive than maternity bras, so if possible feed baby before exercise. This will also prevent discomfort from heavy breasts.

For FunkyMamaAqua, wear bathers or over t-shirt.

FunkyMamaPramFitness participants may need extra layers in winter that easily peel off, and hats and sunscreen in sunny weather.
